1. Respectful Communication

Please communicate with others in a respectful and courteous manner. Avoid using disrespectful language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment, discrimination or bullying.

2. Privacy

Protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Do not share personal information, such as names, the contact details of yourself or others, or other identifying information on social media platforms or within private messages.

3. Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights by not using content (e.g. images, videos, articles) without proper permission and attribution.

4. Constructive Engagement

Engage in discussions in a constructive and meaningful way. Share your thoughts and opinions respectfully and considerately.

We do not tolerate posts containing links to harmful or suspicious websites or applications.

7. Content Complaints

Whilst we try to ensure that user engagement is supportive, it can be difficult to monitor every post/comment. If you see something inappropriate, do not engage with the negative material yourself. Instead, report any inappropriate or concerning content to the administrators by sending us an email - info@lionheartpsychology.com.au.

8. Friending/Following

To maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, we do not friend or follow individual accounts. We mainly follow other health professionals, journalists and various people of professional interest to us. You are welcome to use your own discretion in choosing whether to follow us. We ask that you be mindful of your own confidentiality and privacy when interacting on our social media pages.

9. Testimonials
