Community Programmes

Our community programmes are online group sessions designed and led by qualified clinical psychologists. They provide information and skills-based content on a variety of mental health topics. They are designed to cut through the information overload that can be found online and deliver a simple to understand overview of the topic, with skills that you can apply to your situation.

Programmes are suitable for individuals from all walks of life and don’t require a referral. You will be provided with a digital workbook for the topic that will be used during the group session.
