What Is Depression?

Depression is a mental health disorder characterised by persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, or despair that can affect every aspect of a person's life. It goes beyond normal fluctuations in mood and can lead to profound emotional and physical symptoms. Some people are more likely to experience depression due to genetic factors, biological factors (eg, postnatal depression), major life changes, and sometimes it can feel like it has come out of nowhere. 


Symptoms Of Depression
